them for granted, rarely thinking about how they work and what they do, so here
are a few interesting things about you vacuum:

Most vacuum cleaners can be
used not only for suction, but for blowing air as well, so you can use yours to
inflate your air mattress, too;

They have calming effects on
crying babies – the soft, humming noise made by vacuums can calm your baby when
nothing else seems to help. Take the vacuum to an adjacent room to make sure
the noise is not too loud, then turn on the appliance – your baby will stop
crying right away;

A great tool for finding lost
objects – have you been looking for your diamond earring for hours, but it
seems to have vanished? Place a new, clean bag into your vacuum or clean the
dust container and vacuum the room thoroughly, then check the bag or the
container – if the vacuuming was sufficiently thorough, indeed, your jewel will
probably be sucked up by the vacuum and you will find it in the dust bag or in
the dirt container.
